    E;R though bases the whole argument on the movie not being „the classical viewer can solve mystery“, which sounds like… preference? For example, Death on the Nile is a more classic murder (not surprising, check the source material). It gives clues and I did solve it before presented answer, but… it was not enjoyable. It’s a boring movie, that is. Glass Onion isn’t.

It’s so bad that everyone who is aware of the product knows it’s a terrible idea and could lead to potential calamity held by someone with too much power and influence. 35. The problem with these movies is that Benoit Blanc's quality is that he's an incompetent Consulting Detective. Johnson repeatedly makes that clear. That's the first twist. He's very bad at his job.
    It would be fine if the Girl Detective character helps him stumble to the solution or is the actual protagonist who solves it herself. But Rian Johnson doesn't do that either.
