My favorite strategy is wait till you're down to 5 players including me and the other imposter, press the conference button. Tell everyone we need to vote someone off, because we will lose on the next kill. Vouch for the other imposter. kick off some rando and laugh like a maniac
This tier list doesn't comport with the entire playlist of penguinz among us that I just watched for some reason. None of these people seemed as good as he's saying.

Charlie's voice isn't far off from corpse I hardly believe it comes off as terrifying or "inspiring fear" to charlie, I feel like I'm between them but it's hard to tell from your own voice.
I think he played with dream a couple of times, if he was on that list, he'll be at A or B
