The arm, fibromyalgia, etc. I have survived breast cancer and have problems that have been lingering from that. I feel really bad for him. I am also a hermit. I am on my computer 24/7 and really don't go out at all. I hope he is well and has alot of support from family and/or friends.

    Someone close also suffers from this muscle pain condition and it got so bad she was unable to continue her job. It’s really shitty cause you can’t anticipate when it’s gonna hit you hardest, it just comes and goes whenever.

    For anyone who also suffers from this: in her experience, deep warmth (with a red light or a sauna) helps, and it apparently also got better when she cut down on sugar.
